It has been steam cleaned, pressure/leaked tested, and checked for any worn or broken parts such as hoses, cylinders, hydraulic motors/pumps, pins, bushings, mast bearing, or chains. The roll cage, seat, diamond plating, and some other easier removable panels are taken off, painted separately, and put back together so the unit will have a durable long-lasting paint job.
